5th Dawn is back!!! 5th Dawn has returned to unite the old-school sensibilities of classic metal with the ferocity, precision and skill of the modern era. After a short hiatus while its various members pursued other projects, 5th Dawn will be bringing its unique brand of metal back to the Quad City Area from which it originated. Claiming a wide range of influences, including bands like Death, Exodus, Iron Maiden, and Nevermore, 5th Dawn’s style is sure to bring a breath of fresh air to a scene dominated by current trends. Rehearsals have already begun with live dates soon to follow. 2008 also brings the promise of a brand new album scheduled for a summer release. More details will be announced soon. |

We are thrilled to announce the addition of guitarist Derek Ahrens to the band. Derek is a great guy and an amazing player who will shred your face off! Sadly, Tony has left the band to focus on his other projects. His presence will be missed and we love him and wish him nothing but the best. Keep an eye out for new music from him very soon!!! |
